Automatic planishing machine is designed for steel tank shell and cylinder surface welded seams treatment, including planishing, flattening, crushing and smoothing after welding to achieve better surface quality for sanitary cylinder tanks.

There are longitudinal and circumferential welded joints on steel tank surfaces. We offer both longitudinal welding seam planishing machine and circumferential joints planishing machine options. Both types of weld seam planishers can be designed and produced by Trancar Industries based on clients' specific requirements.

The TCM-CP planishing equipment is a cylinder circumferential joints planishing machine. The machine consists of:
