Product Description
TCM-WR abrasive belts steel wire polishing machine uses a mechanical method to process wire rod surface instead of traditional acid pickling. This belt polishing machine cleans slight pits and scratches on the surface of the wire rod.
TCM-WR Polishing Machine Introduction
Each set of active rollers and a tension roller supported by the turntable drives the high-speed rotating abrasive belt. For polishing (roller made of aluminum alloy), the rotating speed of the turntable matches the speed of the take-up machine.
The machine frame uses structural parts with long square box structure. This equipment is composed of spindle, rotary disc, power drive part, straightener, protective cover, and vacuum cleaner.
