Stainless Steel Wire Rod Automatic Polishing Machine
The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod polishing machine is designed for stainless steel metal wire rods' surface grinding and buffing. This environmentally friendly machine replaces traditional pickling methods, offering energy-efficient operation while meeting mass production requirements with high efficiency and stable, reliable product quality.
The belt sander effectively removes oxide scale, oxide film, and particles from wire surfaces. Utilizing four fixed rollers and two tension rollers supported by a turntable, it drives two high-speed rotating abrasive belts for precise polishing. The system allows for customizable belt thickness combinations to meet specific finish requirements.
