The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod grinding machine is specifically designed for surface grinding and buffing of stainless steel metal wire rods. This innovative machine uses mechanical processing to grind, polish, and remove rust from wire rod surfaces, replacing traditional pickling methods for an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solution.
This belt sander effectively removes oxide scale, oxide film, and particles from wire surfaces. The system utilizes four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by a turntable, driving two high-speed rotating abrasive belts to achieve consistent polishing. The turntable rotation speed and wire feed speed are precisely matched for optimal performance.
The thickness of the double-headed belt can be customized according to specific finish requirements. Custom design services are available to meet unique production needs.
