The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire polishing machine is designed for stainless steel metal wire rods' surface grinding and buffing. This machine adopts mechanical methods to process the surface of metal wire rods for grinding, polishing, and rust removal, replacing traditional pickling methods. It is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and meets mass production requirements while achieving high production efficiency and stable, reliable product quality.

- Removes oxide scale or oxide film and its particles from wire surfaces
- Utilizes four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by turntable
- Drives two high-speed rotating abrasive belts for polishing
