Trancar Automatic Polishing Machine: TCM-YT column and boom manipulator polishing machine is a 2-in-1 dual-use multifunction automatic polishing machine for stainless steel cylinder shell and tank cap interior & exterior surface grinding buffing.

This model is designed for both tank shell and dished head tank cap surface treatments, including polishing, grinding and buffing with two polishing motors on each side of machine beam (boom). While economical and environmentally friendly, note that both functions cannot operate simultaneously.

The TCM-YT polishing machine can polish and grind different workpieces like tank bodies, tank heads and dish ends. Using impellers with different grinding mesh grits meets various polishing demands. It is widely applied in medical, chemical, environmental purification, food and beverage, as well as water filtration industries.

The machine features a maximum loading capacity of 5 tons for cylinder tank rotatory roller and 2 tons for tank caps rotary table clamping system. Custom made services are available.
