The Trancar Industries Model TCM-WR automatic steel wire rod polishing machine is designed for stainless steel metal wire rods' surface grinding and buffing. This machine adopts mechanical methods to process the surface of metal wire rods for grinding, polishing, and rust removal, replacing traditional pickling methods. This belt sander effectively removes oxide scale or oxide film and its particles from the wire. Through four fixed rollers (single side) and two tension rollers supported by the turntable, two high-speed rotating abrasive belts are driven to polish. The rotation speed of the turntable and the feed speed of the wire are precisely matched.
